Following a letter to the Attorney General by the Southern Poverty Law Center expressing concern over an “increase in the number of conspiracy-minded, antigovernment groups” , that claims could lead to another Oklahoma City bombing (although there is convincing evidence that this was a government inside job), the LA Times published this article, which depicts a growing threat of, “…white, right-wing Americans, nearly all with an obsessive attachment to guns, who may represent a greater danger to the lives of American civilians than international terrorists.” But what they’re really saying is that anyone who is awake and aware of the oligarchic tyranny that’s driving America into the dirt is a potential terrorist extremist. I, for one, am incredibly moderate and even consider myself a hippie in a lot of ways. I only care about truth and justice, wherever that path leads. So to know that because I love my freedom and I believe in the constitution and understand that it is the duty of every American citizens to uphold the constitution, especially when the government is failing to do so, I am now being thrown into a category with right-wing, religious freak terrorists. But then I remember that all of this has happened before throughout our history. The whistle blowers of ancient societies in the past were also treated in such ways by the tyrannical governments they opposed. Socrates, for example, criticized the morality of the Athenian government which was at the peak of its tyranny before finally falling to Sparta. Do you know what happened to him? He was tried and executed by his own government. The good news is that throughout history a tyranny only attempts to stamp out opposition openly when they are losing their grip over the people. When they panic, their methods become much more transparent to the public and that only hurts them more.
This flipping of the script to take the attention away from threats like Al Qaeda, which the U.S. government is currently backing in Syria to lead the rebellion against Assad, is setting the stage for another wave of false-flag attacks, ala Oklahoma City and 9/11, and the subsequent stripping of liberties by demonizing law abiding gun owners as the terrorist threat of the week. The difference this time is that the fabricated “enemy” won’t be foreign jihadists, it will be us, or anyone who oppose their oppressive takeover. So as the puppet masters at the top start to shake in their boots, they panic and start arming themselves to the teeth while simultaneously trying to disarm us. Sound familiar? Hitler, Stalin and Mao would say it’s right out of the tyranny playbook. Thank God for the internet because the government’s obvious plays are right out in the open as long as you have an alternative source of information to the mainstream media, which pretty much acts as a propaganda bullhorn for the government these days.
So here are the facts and you can decide for yourself what our government is up to. To reiterate, all of the following have been occurring while the government tirelessly attempts to push legislation to disarm the American people. In the last year alone the Department of Homeland Security has purchased over 2 billion rounds of hollow-point ammunition (enough to wage the Iraq war for 30 years), 7,000 full-auto assault rifles as “personal defense weapons”, 2,700 armored wheeled tanks, and $2 million worth of paper targets for training depicting images of children, pregnant women, young mothers, grandmas and grandpas, all white and wielding guns. The military recently conducted several urban training exercises in U.S. cities to practice containing civil unrest and gun confiscation. And let’s not forget our unmanned friends in the sky. Militarized drones have been approved for use over U.S. soil. If that doesn’t sound like a recipe for a war against the American people, I can’t imagine what would.
As always, I encourage everyone to research any information for yourself. With the rampant manipulation of information by the government, you can never be too certain. But if you trust your gut, you should be able to discern the truth form BS. Like one of my favorite quotes says, “In the age of information, ignorance is a choice.”
